Job Description:

• Understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation.
• Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements.
• Explaining technical jargon to non-technical/commercial teams.
• Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.
• Business process modeling and improving business processes.
• Identifying costs and business savings.
• Develop consulting skills and business background
• Conduct analysis of large sets of data with limited guidance.
• Implementing, testing, and deploying solutions to business problems.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
• Creating functional specifications for new systems and processes.
• Acting as an advisor to senior managers and executive teams.
• Self-starter and open to take initiative i.e. solutions, pain points, etc.
• Requirement gathering and client interaction.
• Excellent documentation skills- BRD, RTM, SRS, FRD, Use cases, User stories, epic, etc.
• Must have the knowledge to draw Flow charts, DFD, Use cases, and other UML diagrams.
• Basic understanding of Agile Methodology
• Should be able to do UAT.
• Understanding of UX and UI.
• Tools Knowledge essential Must have one tool knowledge in each type.
• Project Management tools- Jira, Open Project, Rally dev, or any other Ms Office,
• Prototyping or wireframing tools- Ms Visio, Balsamique, Justin mind, or any other.
